Who's behind TracerReady

The short version

TracerReady is a small, independent readiness service run by Cass, operated under Ghostly Gadgets LLC. We do one thing: keep small DME and HME suppliers ready for the annual, unannounced accreditation surveys CMS began requiring in 2026.

We built this for the shops the compliance industry ignores. The established consultants are priced for the $3M+ suppliers — engagement fees that can run $15,000 and up, aimed at businesses with a compliance officer on payroll. If you're a one-to-three-location shop where the owner is the compliance department, that market was never built for you. This one is.

How we work

• The snapshot is genuinely freeYou get your score, your gap areas, and a real quote without talking to anyone. If you fix the gaps yourself with our plan, that's a fine outcome — truly.
• Pricing is public and formula-basedThe quote the tool shows you is computed from your shop profile, and it doesn't go up when a human gets involved. No "book a call to discuss pricing."
• Email first, no chasingCass replies personally, usually within a business day. No drip campaigns, no follow-up sequences, no list. If you don't reply, that's the end of it.
• We prepare you; we don't grade youYour accreditor surveys you — they're not on your side of the table. We are. Our job is that the real survey holds no surprises.

What we're not

We're not lawyers, and TracerReady isn't legal advice. We're not your accrediting organization, and we can't guarantee a survey outcome — anyone who promises that is selling something. What we do is narrower and more useful: make sure the records, policies, and habits a surveyor actually checks are in place and current, every day of the year.
